Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your registration more than 7 days before your first session, a full refund will be given less a $50 Cancellation fee per session for Academy training and $25 for summer camps in order to cover administrative costs. Registration cancelled within 7 days of the start of your first session, there is a 100% penalty. There are no refunds for missed days due to changing schedules, vacations, sick days or other non-emergency reasons. For absences due to a serious injury or emergency a doctor’s note is required.
Change Policy
Switching to another session day (ie. from Tue evening to Thur evening) is always free of charge for sessions with the same fee, but is based on space availability and the discretion of the Coach – not all requests can be honoured.
Liability Wavier
By registering with Volf Soccer Academy Ltd., the parent/guardian of the registered participant,(s) on his own behalf and on behalf of the participant,(s) hereby agrees that Volf Soccer Academy Ltd. will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss, liability, damage or cost they may incur however caused, whether negligently or intentionally, and agrees to release and hold harmless all instructors, staff, volunteers and sponsors from all claims or damages without limitation which may arise as a result of/or by reason of such accident or loss.
Weather and Government Holiday Policy
Academy Training
All outdoor sessions run rain or shine. All players should come prepared with weather appropriate gear. However, certain sessions may be cancelled due to severe weather and makeup sessions or refunds will be provided. Training sessions apply to all days including Statutory Holidays. The exception is Christmas and New Years. Information regarding closure dates will be sent out to parents.
Summer Camp
All outdoor sessions run rain or shine. All players should come prepared with weather appropriate gear. However, certain sessions may be cancelled due to severe weather conditions, a 25% refund will be issued. Training sessions apply to all days including Statutory Holidays. The exception is Christmas and New Years. Information regarding closure dates will be sent out to parents.
Medical Policy
At the time of registration, we will ask Parents/Guardians for any significant medical notes pertaining to the child(ren) being enrolled. Parent/Guardian(s) are expected to communicate all necessary information needed to properly care for their child, as well as to reiterate all information to the Administrator prior to the first training session or to the Coach or Head Coach on the first day.
Privacy Policy
Volf Soccer Academy Ltd. respects your rights to personal privacy. Our customer’s personal information is not lent or sold to any person or agency for any purpose.
Photo Permission Policy
Volf Soccer Academy Ltd. offers a fun and challenging experience for children and takes pictures for use in promotions that reflect this environment. Occasionally we will arrange to have photos taken of the sessions and its participants. By registering with Volf Soccer Academy Ltd., the parent/guardian gives permission for the photos to be taken. If a customer does not want their child to appear in photographs, please notify the Administrator. It should be noted that Volf Soccer Academy Ltd. will contact the parent/guardian of any child whose image appears in a photo for approval to be used in promotional material.
Personal Information Policy
Any personal information clients have provided to Volf Soccer Academy Ltd. will be used to deliver services to them only and to keep them informed and up-to-date about the activities of the company. These activities include advising customers of initiatives, programs, services, confirmations, special events and/or emergencies. If a customer wishes to have any of their personal information amended or removed from the company databases, or if they no longer want the company to send them any further communications, they are asked to send an e-mail to admin@volfsoccer.com
